I have used Anderson contractors for roofing for all of my residential and commercial projects for the last 30 years. they are the best at what they do. i have never had a problem with them and the quality of their workmanship. Their prices are fair and their work is excellent. You will not get a better roofer.
Anderson Contractors recently replaced two roofs for us both commercial properties. Our smaller roof 8,000 SF was badly damaged over the winter and was leaking pretty bad. Our other roof is 30,000 SF.Jim and his guys were beyond great through the whole process. Jim himself was at the job site and started the process by explaining everything to us. How he would approach the replacements, what to expect if everything went as planned and what to expect if anything went bad like weather or what they would find when the old roof's came off. He explained the roof type, the warranty, the insulation, the installment, the amount of time it would take and of course the pricing. Anderson gave us high quality service and did everything they said they would do and MORE! Very professional , prompt, great price and the owner, Jim was watching the job every step of the way. Our roof's are beautiful ! no more leaks. We would recommend Anderson Contractors to anyone looking for a commercial roof !

We hired Anderson to replace our roof on our 10,000 sq ft commercial building. The guys did an outstanding job and met every request we had. I highly recommend them for your roofing needs!
We have a flat roof that had a deck roof put on top. The roof was not replaced in at least 40 years. The roof barley had any rafters left and all the plywood was gone. Anderson gave us notice and they were right on time with starting and finishing the roof. This was a huge job They were quick and they left everything cleaned up. The roof is wonderful.
This was one of the easiest experiences Iv ever had with an outside contractor one of the Owners Jim was above and beyond professional keeping us well informed what was going on with the job at all times. Our roof was Approx. 120' x 122' Flat roof and they started on a Monday and where done by Friday morning. Awesome Job and no more leaks and everything is draining the way it should. Exemplary diligence was shown when Anderson reached out to the GAF Inspector for our roof to ensure repairs will satisfy all specific requirements. The crew showed up and done a great job, they encountered many problems during the roof replacment, however they handled all problems and gave me a 100% satisfactory job. I would recommend Anderson for any roofing project, also handled some of the siding. great job by all.
